There is nothing better than sweating it out in the gym. After all, you know they say, “You never regret a work out” / “The only work out you regret is the one you didn’t do.” Wise words from someone clearly more motivated than me. Still, when I do manage to get to the gym or make my 90-minute yoga class, I always end each session feeling refreshed. Still, after all that sweating, it’s even more important to make sure that my skin is also just as (re-)fresh(ed) and so clean clean.
