My go-to breakfast, whether at work sitting at my desk in the morning or on the weekends longing around cross-legged at the kitchen table, is a crunchy mix of tangy berries and chocolatey granola and nuts. This little number is super easy to prepare and keeps me full until lunchtime and tastes so good, that I haven’t tired of it yet (knock on wood). So if you are tiring of the same old breakfast in the morning, give this one a try.
Berry crunch wake me up
granola (I chose chocolate)
soy milk (regular)
001: put granola into a bowl. Add desired amount of berries and sliced almonds. Crush pecans and add them in as well.
002: Pour in soy milk, grab a spoon and enjoy.
