The cold front has definitely made it’s way to Berlin which, according to my calendar is a bit early, as apparently the official end of summer is on October 30th. But now cold days are here to stay, it’s important to have your arsenal ready for that first cold weather cold or flu.       Right?! I actually HATE that warm feeling in the throat when I have a fever, so I love the idea of popsicles to bring down the fever and get rid of that heat!

      I hope you manage to! I myself have just jinxed it with this post and have come down with a minor cold. Trying to fight it off early though so it doesn’t get out of control!

  • Yum the ginger chamomile sounds delicious! I have been doubling up on my vitamin c intake and enjoying as much warm beverages as I can so not to get sick, although I did already have a small cold a few weeks ago
