The snow has finally fallen, and with it, my ever-growing love for hearty meals. Which is why I am coming at you guys with some more hearty recipes to get you through the winter. Two of these incredible dishes combine lentils and squash (because you can never get enough squash or lentils if you ask me) while one is a vegan spin on traditional tabbouleh. Enjoy!
