Now I am a total sucker for interior design, and love decorating my flat with new and found boho elements, but I think it is also so important to add intimate little details to your decorating to really make a space personal. One great way of doing this it by creating your own decorations or filling your walls with personal memories.

But with the advent of digital photography, I realized that although I was constantly taking photos and uploading them online or on Instagram, I didn’t have any tangible images of my own to hang up on my walls.

This realization spurred me to by an insta-camera, which I use but not nearly enough. Still I was at a loss for what to do with all the photos I had already taken digitally. That is when I came across Cheerz, a photo printing service, who was kind enough to let me test out their product.

Cheerz turns your instagram photos (or any digital photo really) into prints, magnets, photobooks, and posters. I had the pleasure of testing out this awesome little photo kit which allows you to DIY your own photos; included in the kit are washi tape, picture corners, string, mini closepins, and other goodies essential for a small photo DIY project.

Unfortunately this kit is no longer available, but if you are looking for a service to print your photos, I would definitely recommend Cheerz. I can defintiely attest to the quality of their porduct and find the packaging seriously on point. I had many of my prints hung up in my old flat, and will be hanging up all my printed memories in my new home and sharing with you guys my photo wall on LFB soon.

  • I used to have a huge wall in my room with pictures I had made a grid of, of friends and family. I would love to do an updated version but instead do this with insperation images.

  • I remember I used to have a huge heart-shaped collage of Polaroids in my teenage bedroom! Always love including personal touches to my home decor. I’ve been looking into getting all my travelgrams from Seoul and Tokyo printed into one of those posters lately – a good way to add to my gallery wall, hopefully!

  • A couple of years back I did a mass printing of about 6 years worth of digital photos – I think I need to do this again sometime! They’re all just in an album, but having a hard copy feels safer somehow.

  • I love having hard-copies of photos to decorate the walls of my room. I don’t own an Instax, but I print my photos out. Cheerz sounds like a great way of obtaining photographs in such a convenient way!

  • Cute! I love that new photo printing services are actually making a come-back (my favourite old-school photo shop closed in the last year which makes me so sad!). I love making photobooks with all my photos and try to make one per season though I fall behind quite often.

  • I love the little clothespins and the pouch :) Also that photo from Christmas is absolutely precious. I still remember that blog post! -Audrey | Brunch at Audrey’s

  • The DIY kit is so cute! I’m so bad at taking the time to print photos, which is crazy because I take so many of them, so Cheerz sounds promising for hopeless people like me, haha.

  • Wow these photos really came out beautiful on print! This is a really good idea, I’ve been meaning to get my digital photos printed. I always get my film photos printed, why not do the same for digital?

  • How gorgeous do those polaroids look! I need to get onto doing this for myself, I know they’re not popular anymore but the appeal of physical photo albums still exists!

  • Awh I love this idea! I don’t print photos a lot either, but my walls are full of polaroids and drawings. I’d like to get into buying art from local artists more often, but this would be great for presents!

  • The quality of the photos look soooo good. And this reminds me to actually have a physical copies of my photos.

  • It looks wonderful! I just love printed photos. You can use them also for scrapbooking or for making a decoration to your room etc. ♡

  • I love the idea of using printed photos to decorate a room. It really brings a room together, especially when it’s covered with places you’ve been and people you’ve met. I’ve been really wanting to use my Polaroid more, but unfortunately don’t get a lot of opportunities to do so. Anytime I travel or do something worth documenting, I always seem to forget to bring it. I think printing out photos from our cell phones is an amazing idea.
