There must be some weird type of irony in this, but after posting last week’s 3 DIYS for fighting the flu and autumn and winter colds, I have come down with a pretty hefty head cold myself. However, since I’ve already shared with you some remedies for that pesky stuffy nose and sore throat, I thought I would bring you guys three DIYs for getting yourself back on your feet and looking and feeling your best once the cold is gone. Whether you need a face scrub to re-energize yourself, a calming bath to destress and relax, a gentle spray to re-invorgate both your skin and bed linens after a cold, or all three(!) this post is for you.

  • Awesome DIYs, I hate the smell of coffee otherwise I would be all over that scrub. I have heard it is so good for your skin too, such a shame. The smell literally makes me feel sick xxx
