Two weekends ago, in addition to visiting the Stadtgeschichtliches Museum Leipzig, I also did some wandering around the nearby streets. Leipzig is a really beautiful city – I love the fact that it has components of both Vienna and Berlin. The center is full of older beautiful buildings but there is a large left scene in Connewitz. It’s definitely a great city to visit for the weekend, and I hope to find myself there again sometime soon as there is definitely lots more to explore.
