Returned from London this Sunday night, and I only have positive things to say about my trip. (Well … minus the near-fight I got into with border control at Gatwick) Settling back into the rhythm of work and life in Berlin where the temperature has dipped into the minuses. More on my journey to London coming soon, but until then enjoy some of my instagram finds for this week.

      Isn’t it? I really would love to take couples photos like that – either of me and my boyfriend or for other people, and the cottage they are standing in front of is just amazing. Makes me want to take a winter getaway in the woods.

  • Oh gosh…glad you got back and all is good. Sometimes nasty border control can be a pain in the ass. I remember visiting Berlin last year and it was -3 on NYE! I remember telling someone on the street that it’s really cold and she said -3 is nothing…oh gosh…I can’t imagine anything below that…LOL!

      Border control can really be nasty. It’s always funny because when you pass through the border in your own country it is a breeze, but the minute you try to pass through the border on holiday they become the meanest people. And yeah actually -3 is nothing here! A few years ago it got to around -18 it was COLD. But honestly, after -5 it all feels the same until it dips below -20 haha.
