In the Kitchen is where you will find all my recipes and adapted recipes, tried, tested, and eaten.
I have a steadfast favorite breakfast that I turn to on most mornings which tastes as amazing as it is good for you. This breakfast is safe for lactose-intolerant fructose malobsorbers, calming and regulating the stomach to keep things runnings smoothly throughout the day. I find that when I stick to this breakfast on a regular basis, I feel my best and the symptoms of having a sensitive stomach are greatly minimized (with a proper diet throughout the rest of the day, of course!) And for those of you lucky enough not so suffer from any stomach ailments, this recipe is also for you, cos this breakfast is just that damned good!
