Two weeks ago, I had the pleasure of attending mycs and Urbanara‘s showroom opening in Berlin. The event was absolutely lovely and it was great to catch up with some fellow bloggers and instagrammers in Berlin. mycs and Urbanara also invited amba Seifenmanufaktur to the event, and we were lucky enough to walk away with one of our very own personal room diffusers created from a mix of natural oils we selected ourselves. Mine is currently chilling in the bathroom and smells so good I almost want to drink it – which I was informed would technically be possible as the materials are all natural.
Both mycs and Urbanara are creating really beautiful interior pieces and are definitely worth checking out. mycs creates Pinterest-worthy modular minimalistic pieces with high-quality materials that you can mold to fit your particular interior needs. Their shelving systems are like Ikea 2.0 and all of their pieces are sleek and nordic-influenced. mycs also works with sustainable carpenters and wood manufacturing companies, uses european wood, and only works with environmentally-friendly varnish. Urbanara have a selection of stunning home accessories and textitles which are made from natural materials as well. Therefore, you can be sure that your home will not only be looking great but will be supporting sustainable and responsible practices. These two companies are definitely worth checking out. It was a pleasure to be one of the first in Berlin to see their new show room, and I wish both mycs and Urbanara a ton of success.
