It’s pretty safe to say that if I was on the fence about it before, I no longer am: Summer is rad. And it’s slowly becoming my favorite season. Gone are the days of hiding under every imaginable object as to not get tan while complaining about the heat. I’m like a kid in a candy store, and Berlin is my oyster. An oyster with really fickle weather, clubs that never close, open air events, and thousands of Club Mates waiting to be consumed.
But with all this running around, it’s extremely important not to forget to take care of the one thing that lets you do all this and more: your body.
