I recently discovered Lily Brown’s photography during one of my many trips down the pinterest rabbit hole on the hunt for more inspiring portraiture so pin to my photoshoot Inspiration pinterest board. Brown is a Brighton-based fashion photographer and has worked for a number of big brands like HUF, Puma, and New balance. I do not know a lot about Brown specifically, but judging by the incredible color tones and grain to her work, I am pretty sure that she shoots mainly film. I was particularly drawn to her series with Emily Bador as they are feminine and intimate but strong and raw at the same time. There is just something I love so much about portraits of women taken by women.
