Oatmeal is hands down one of my favorite things to eat for breakfast at any season. It’s hearty, warms the soul, and keeps you feeling full. But oatmeal’s use extends beyond mealtime. Made up of anti-inflammatory properties, oatmeal is suited for all skin types, including those with very sensitive skin. It also works as a great exfoliant, helping to remove dead skin cells and aids in treating different skin conditions, like eczema, rosacea, and acne. Here are three of my favorite natural DIYs that you can whip up at home tonight.

  • I’m always scared of using oatmeal as a scrub because my drain is slow enough as is (I find that even coffee scrubs tend to slow my water drain). BUT, that soap recipe is amazing! I would love to make that even as a gift. Thanks for sharing!
