This time, last week, I was in the UK traipsing around the U.K. on the border between England and Wales with my boyfriend Aaron, one of my best friends, Betti – yes the same Betti who writes for LFB, and her boyfriend Oli. Aaron and I had travelled to the UK a few days prior to visit his family and celebrate both mother’s day and his mom’s birthday and took a small break from family obligations to pop down from the Midlands to spend some time with the two before they left on their 2+ month long trip across the US.
