LFB's favorite DIYs - lovefromberlin.net

001: Homemade Almond and Floral Body Scrub (from Lia Griffith) | 002: DIY: Cranberry Coconut Lip Gloss + Cheek Stain (from hello natural) | 003: DIY Lavender Bath Bombs (from A Pumpkin and a Princess)
DIY is a series featuring my favorite DIYs created by me or my favorite DIYers.

Part of conscious living is about self care, and self care includes both fixing our minds and our insides as well as keeping our outsides happy. So what better way to calm the mind and nurture the body with natural homemade pamper products? Besides, I don’t know about you but there is something about the colder weather that makes me want to spend most week nights and Sunday nights having a quiet evening with netflix or a relaxing bath. Check out the above DIYS to create a relaxing bath, scrub away old skin and add some rosiness to those lips and cheeks. I promise you’ll be feeling like a new women in no time.

      No worries, Sarah!

  • ah yes! i used a lemon, olive oil, sugar and raw honey facial mask for the past two summers and they have actually helped brighten some acne scars :) i also have tried apple cider vinegar toner and scalp cleaner as well. that was a bit harder since i had to get used to the smell. so great what we can make with products found right in our own home.

    • rae

Oh nice! Yes lemon is supposed to brighten, I have heard. And interesting, I really could use a scalp cleaner, so I might just have to try that! Thanks for the tip, Jane!

  • OMG yes I am all about this! Conscious living is so important and I think people forget about it when it comes to beauty sometimes! Love this post and your blog!
