Directly from Wu-tan Clan, the Legendary hip-hop band from Staten Island was formed on the early 90’s by east coast rappers like RZA, GZA, Ol’ Dirty Bastard, Method Man, Raekwon, Inspectah, and of course, Festsaal Kreuzberg feature guest Ghostface Killah. With their album debut, Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) in 1993, (feeling old yet?), they managed to gain great notoriety. People even consider this to be one of the greatest Hip-hop albums in history.
What is there to say about Tony Starks that hasn’t been said already? The legendary mind behind a collection of stone-cold hip-hop classics. Ironman, Only Built for Cuban Links, Supreme Clientele plus his involvement in the first two Wu-Tang albums, Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) and Wu-Tang Forever, means that his legacy already speaks for itself.
However, his past lives on firmly in the present as he continues to remain one of the most relevant and significant artists from that era.
With the Spring already here, Berlin is getting hotter and hotter, son. And so, Ghostface Killah will be one of the highlights of the Festsaal Kreuzberg summer live series. The night of May 14 will be a hot a one, don’t worry we checked the forecast for you.
