Now I don’t know about you, but my skin has taken a pretty rough beating this winter – and seeing that the cold front we are experiencing here in Europe is not letting up any time soon, I need all the help I can get to slough away dull and dry skin in preparation for shorts weather (which, sadly may never come, but hey, a girl can dream, right?). With so many great options for at-home scrubs, I honestly have no excuse for dry elbows and knees. And neither do you, because today I’m bringing you three amazing DIYs for natural skin scrubs. All you have to do is pick one.

  • Thank you! I’ve been looking for a good homemade scrub recipe. My skin is super dry and I can’t look at my elbows and knees, but I feel that the scrubs you can find in stores are usually either poor quality (with many preservatives) or really overpriced. I have some coconut oil in my cupboard so today I’m going to make one of these, probably the first one. Have a great weekend!

As someone with really dry skin all over, I can totally sympathsize with you! It is so aggrivating, because I feel like I can moisturize every day all over my body, but the minute I take a shower and get out, my skin feels like sandpaper just a minute later :( I’m also thinking the water here must just be really hard. How did the scrub turn out?!
