  • Oh, it sounds like you watched such great movies this week! How was the Danish Girl? I heard Eddie Redmayne was incredible! I’ve heard so many things about Making a Murderer, I’ll HAVE to check it out soon! Haha <3

It was a bit insane! I usually go to the movies once every 2 months (I love going to the movies, but it’s expensive!), so it was definitely not typical. And yes Eddie Redmayne is such an incredible actor! Definitely check out Making a Murderer, you will NOT be disappointed!

  • I still haven’t seen Star Wars, I am not a big fan of it but since I’ve watched all the other films, I want to watch it too. I hope you will enjoy your Puerto Rico trip, and take so many great photos :)

Yeah, I was kind of impartial about Star Wars before seeing the last one. I definitely enjoyed 1-6 but I would not really call myself a fan in the way a lot of people are really crazy about the films (which is totally fine! I just didn’t connect with them on that level) but I really loved the last one so much, and having seen the previous ones, it did definitely help to have the back story for watching the newest one, although I would def. say that it is not a must. But seeing as you have already seen the other ones, I would go for it. The comedy in the new one is much more updated so I enjoyed that a lot. And thanks so much! Currently in Virginia and will be leaving for Puerto Rico in a few days!

  • Forever envious of your awesome food finds! If – no, WHEN – I visit Berlin, I’ll have to get ALL THE RECOMMENDATIONS from you. Hope your flight went well love, and that you’re having an amazing time with family! Would love to chat all things MaM with you too *-* I’ve been devouring all sorts of articles and links since watching it! xx

    • rae

Haha it’s so easy in Berlin! There are so many ridiculously good places to eat! And of course! You have to come to Berlin. Will show you all around! My flight went fine, although the original flight ended up getting cancelled due to snow so I had to re-organize everything last minute but it all worked out! And I have only just started watching MaM but I am always up for discussions about controversial cases!

      • I’m so desperate to visit, one of my colleagues from an old job moved there last year and a few of the Uni girls have spent time there too. Think it’s my turn next ;) oh gosh that sounds stressful, glad you’re there safe and sound. Oh yes lady, let me know what you think when you’re doing watching!

  • OMG CAN WE TALK ABOUT MAKING A MURDERER FOR A SECOND?! My husband and I area completely obsessed. It’s ridiculous. I can’t believe I haven’t even listened to Serial but I feel like after watching this, I’d be a fool for not. Also, you constantly make me hungry with your food adventures/inspirations… (I’m waiting for dinner to be ready as I type this and my tummy is growling like mad lol)

  • I love the ‘on the web’ links. 1. I need to try that broccoli ginger soup! 2. Making a murderer is sooo damn addicting!!

  • I really want to watch the danish girl! Also, loving that feminist series – you should definitely take part!! As for TV series to watch, I hate starting new ones as I have OCD to watch all of the previous episodes in one sitting (which never ends very well), so I’m just waiting for The Walking Dead to get back on screen again :)
